SCC admits successful launch of Cocotron

International forces failed in their bid to halt the release of The Cocotron. Despite growing pressure the SCC went forward with the launch of The Cocotron.

Covert operations on the ground and in orbit captured the Cocotron launch on video.

Observers have confirmed the international communities suspicion that the launch was successful. The SCC has finally issued a statement on their successful launch:

"The SCC has launched the Cocotron, as expected the launch went exactly as planned and the Cocotron has been released."

Some observers have questioned the success of the launch and if the Cocotron will continue to operate under the rule of the SCC. The SCC has responded to these inquiries with a statement:

"The SCC will continue to improve Cocotron technology."

I'm trying to install Cocotron to develop a simple application to test it out. After the installer finished, it said "Error 1" and that the compiler couldn't build executables.

What can I do to fix this? I'm really interested in getting a working version up since I might use it for future applications.
